PRODUCT SUITABILITY AND SPECIFICATION

GCR will not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given with regard to the suitability or otherwise of any part or parts required for the repair of an appliance. Product information, details and specifications information is the best available at the time, usually provided by the manufacturer.

Where a manufacturer offers a guarantee this may be conditional on the repair being done by a qualified person.

It is your responsibility to check these points before attempting to repair the appliance.

Using manufacturers names does not imply that the parts in question are actually genuine parts from that manufacturer. GCR reserves the right to supply the best part for the job from whoever we feel gives the best product. GCR will not accept liability for any claim for any part fitted which invalidates your warranty.

DELIVERY TIMES

GCR at all times will do everything in its power to adhere to our 7 day turn around for all orders. If for any reason we are not able to deliver the parts to you within this time you will be notified and the part will be forwarded to you as soon as possible. For those special orders for which delivery is usually 28 days or sometimes longer, once ordered these are auto tracked to speed processing. If for any reason you cannot wait for a specially ordered part you can cancel this. Please do this before we order it as once ordered, it cannot be returned.

On rare occasions where we have to withdraw a part or item which has become obsolete, where possible you will be offered an alternative.

PAYMENT

GCR are pleased to accept payment over the internet by : Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, Switch, Solo cards

Alternately you can pay by postal order or by cheque. If paying by cheque your order will not be sent until the funds are cleared.

All GCR prices are quoted in pounds sterling. The price you see will be the price you pay. Carriage in all cases is extra.

Payment will be at the point of order. If for any reason parts are to follow, you will not be charged separate carriage for those items.

DELIVERY

For orders placed by 12 noon, same day despatch by our couriers. Orders placed later in the day will be sent the following day.

In the unlikely event of a delivery problem please contact us immediately with your order ref.

FAULTY GOODS

If for any reason an item or items are delivered faulty, these will be replaced on return in the original packaging.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch but once dispatched the item for return will need a returns ref and authorisation number from GCR.

A handling fee will apply to all returns which have been supplied correctly. Any part opened or fitted will not be credited unless faulty or authorised by GCR.

PRIVACY, COPYRIGHT AND DISCLAIMER

Our success is based on the back of 35 years in the repairs business giving value for money and customer satisfaction our aim. By dealing with GCR any information you provide us with will not be sent, lent or passed to any third party.

GCR operates a strict privacy policy.

All rights and copyright included in the content of these web pages are controlled for these purposes by GCR .
